Give Ratings for Workers

We’re introducing a new feature where you can rate your workers in our supervisor app. Your ratings will be helpful for us to recommend our best workers for your business.

1. Once the shift ends, you should receive a notification to rate workers. Click on the ‘Rate workers’ link in the ‘Workers’ tab. You will see all the workers who have clocked out that day - please only rate workers that you supervised.

2. For each worker, give a rating out of 5 stars based on their performance. If someone has already been rated by another supervisor, their name will be greyed out. You can click ‘Done’ once you are ready to submit the ratings - please note that these can’t be edited once you have submitted them.

3. You can also rate workers in their timesheet details for that day.
