How will we tell you?
You will get a notification if you haven't clocked in 1 hour later than your usual shift time. Click on the notification pop up and tell us the reason why you missed your clock in
What are the reasons
There might be several situations why you missed your clock in, read on to see the reasons and some examples.
1. Not scheduled to work
- You don't have any work schedule on that day
- Supervisor changes your shift
2. Couldn't make it and notified the supervisor
- You are sick and you tell your supervisor
- Your family member is sick or died and you tell your supervisor
3. Couldn't make it but didn't notify the supervisor
- You are sick but you didn't tell your supervisor
- Your family member is sick or died but you didn't tell your supervisor
- You forgot that you need to work on that day
4. Had problems clocking in
- You couldn't clock in due to an error in the app
- Your internet connection is poor so you couldn't clock in
5. Other
- Other reason
What will happen if you don't do this
Not only do we want to provide the best workers to our business partners, but we also want to help you grow and have the best working experience. This new feature will be a reminder for you to clock in regularly since this will affect your ratings and salary.
Please tell us the reason for your absence, because if you are absent for several days without an explanation we will consider suspending you from the job. That means you won't be able to clock in anymore and earn any additional income.
